This is a remote position.

Workforce was established by two women entrepreneurs with over 20 years of accumulated HR expertise. We are always ready to deliver exceptional and tailored services while fostering trusted, transparent, and communicative partnerships.

At Workforce Global, we have created a hub for headhunt and talent acquisition experts to be able to work on their own schedule, avoid tedious tasks through benefiting the latest technology, and focus only what is supposed to be done. This led us to have recruitment professionals working with us across the globe. 

We’re now seeking Sales and Business Development Partners to help us grow our network of clients from various industries and regions through spotting recruitment needs globally, networking, organizing calls and meetings to close deals eventually. 

This is a fully commission-based role. 

Requirements

  • Strong Communication: You must have an intuition for communication whether it’s verbal or written to understand the client’s needs and to provide solutions through roadmaps, presentations, and pitching. 
  • Managing Client Relations: Building and nurturing a network of contacts, maintaining strong relations that turn into long-term partnerships. 
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential customers through our services; qualify leads and track the communications through CRM tools. 
  • Industry Expertise: Must have a deep understanding of the recruitment industry in terms of budgets, authorities, and varying deals. You should be able to connect a firm’s workforce planning with a possible solution through recruitment.
